SeaCircular is a Sustainability Leadership Coaching company, whose aim is to facilitate the inner development necessary to generate regenerative and sustainable organizations. Our goal is to work with organizational leaders responsible for decision making, leading the transformation of the “inner condition of the intervenor” for “the success of the intervention” (Bill O’Brian).
At SeaCircular we hold the right space to develop the skills and abilities needed to step into a new era. Through our sustainability leadership coaching and facilitating methodology, we dive into areas of influence that can help leaders see the world with a different lens. We shift consciousness on the real issues that are harming the planet and society. We help them redefine the values that will form the basis of new beliefs. And we dive into purpose and action that can ensure success of sustainable development within organizations and society at large.
Through Sustainability Leadership Coaching, organizations can work internally with their leaders to develop the sustainability business culture needed to ensure that all sustainability strategy actions are successful and can be rightly communicated to their stakeholders with clarity and transparence. We co-create together a social and economic system which is just and sustainable, with positive impact in society and the environment, for a better world.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
We coach leaders on inner sustainable development through sustainability leadership coaching. We create the right inner conditions to elevate consciousness, ingrain sustainability mindsets and hold the space for the attainment of inner development goals, through working on the skills and abilities needed for sustainable development.
SUSTAINABILITY CULTURE
We help leaders with he culture change needed to uphold the sustainability values and purpose throughout their organization, and in their internal and external communication of sustainability mission, vision and plan of action.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
We support the organisation with facilitated workshops and team coaching to ensure the successful deployment of sustainable development plans of actions. We help teams with their mindset change, give them the necessary knowledge on sustainable issues, as well as create a business culture that upholds the sustainability values developed within DNA of the organization.
INSPIRATIONAL TALKS
We inspire with key note speeches on the Inner Development Goals, sustainability development and circular economy. We add value through passion and knowledge, and plant the seeds of social change through live interactions and inspirational talks.
