Starting from the present reality of the company, we help you visualise the ideal situation that you would like your company to lead towards and take this as a starting point.
From here we help you analyse the business purpose, its mission, vision and values, which will be the base point from which I will accompany you to create a business strategy based on sustainable and circular principles, and deploy it adequately, supporting the cultural transformation necessary to ensure the success of the change.
The moments that help is needed in circular or sustainability issues, we will support with a mentorship service that helps cover possible gaps of knowledge to be able to accelerate the transition.
We also make available a team of experts that will cover all the necessary aspects during the process.
