About Vanessa

Passionate of the business world and the environment, I dream with a world where businesses exist to provide a purpose to people, that give a positive service to society and their environment, that motivate their coworkers and help them fulfil their personal objectives and that obtain benefits without destroying the planet.

I have more than 20 years experience in managing textile and fashion companies. I did an Executive MBA in ESADE, one of the most enriching experiences of my life, which gave me the necessary knowledge to understand business, and their strategy and deployment to all functional areas. I am specially interested in transformation and business culture.

My focus on people and continuous learning has led me to study a Masters in Life, Executive and Business Coaching, as well a certification in Team Coaching, which has given me tools for personal and team transformation. I am certified by ICF.

My inspiration to create SeaCircular is the sea, the negative impact humans are having in our seas and oceans, and how we are negatively affecting the biosphere. This worry, to see how climate change is accelerating and how we live more disconnected from nature has led me to trainings in sustainability, Circular Economy and Systems Thinking. I am part of Climate KiC’s Network of Coaches, which has given me a wide red of collaborators who are fighting together against climate change.
